RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Poshaak For Kids, we aim to provide high-quality products and a great shopping experience. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully.


1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns only if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags & packaging are intact
  • Return request is raised within 3 days of delivery

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items purchased during sale / clearance
  • Used, damaged, or washed products
  • Products without original packaging

3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at poshaakforkids@gmail.com
  2. Mention:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Clear images / unboxing video (mandatory for claims)
  3. Once approved, we will share return instructions

⚠️ Returns without approval will not be accepted.


4. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service

5. EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility:

  • Same conditions as return policy
  • Request within 3 days of delivery

Process:

  • Email us with order details
  • Once approved, send the product back
  • Replacement will be shipped after quality check

Shipping:

  • Customer pays return shipping
  • We cover shipping for the replacement item (once approved)

6. REFUND POLICY

When refunds are applicable:

  • Only for returned items (after approval & inspection)
  • Not applicable on COD convenience charges or shipping fees

Process:

  • Refund will be initiated within 3–5 working days after approval
  • Amount will be credited to original payment method

7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your payment provider
  3. Contact your bank

8. DAMAGED / WRONG PRODUCT

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share unboxing video + images (mandatory)

👉 Without proof, claims may not be accepted

If verified:

  • Free replacement will be provided
  • No return shipping cost charged

9. ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
