5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
5.1 Returns and exchanges are accepted only if:
- Item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original packaging is intact
- Request is made within 3 days of delivery

5.3 Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
