Thank you for shopping with Poshaak For Kids. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders across India.

1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

  • We currently ship all across India
  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

In case of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. We will inform you if there is a major delay.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Delhi NCR: 2–3 business days
  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Courier partner delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Remote area accessibility

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout
  • We may offer free shipping on prepaid orders (if applicable)
  • Additional charges may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.
Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to activate.

6. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  • COD is available on eligible orders within India
  • You must pay the full amount at the time of delivery
  • COD orders may require confirmation via call or WhatsApp before dispatch
  • Orders may be canceled if confirmation is not received

7. DELIVERY ISSUES

7.1 Incorrect Address

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may fail.
Re-shipping charges may apply.

7.2 Failed Delivery

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery.
Repeated failures may lead to order cancellation.

8. DAMAGED / LOST SHIPMENTS

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Please provide unboxing video or clear images as proof
  • Claims without proof may not be accepted

9. CUSTOMS & TAXES

Currently, we ship only within India. Any applicable taxes are included as per Indian regulations.
